I still have yet to try it but I would assume that you would need to use an easy melt cheese to avoid burning your toast before you melt your cheese.

Uber Cute Packaging...

Lets mix things up a bit.

I know, I know...I've been away for a few days, I've missed you too. 

Things have been a little busy around here, what with getting ready for my upcoming shows and all...and to be honest I just haven't been in blogging mode...so today I thought I'd switch things up a bit

(I've never been one to stick to a routine anyway, so get used to it!)

I have the attention span of a 2 year old and I find routines get boring real quick!

So today I'd like to share with you some uber cute packaging ideas

I just might use this one for something in the near future...it is so darn adorable

hmmmmmm....what could I use it for?

Super cute floral printed bags accented with an adorable little pink rose...love them

...and what about these neat little gift bags...if you can believe it, my super awesome bridesmaids made over 60  little gift bags filled with candy just like these ones for each of my bridal shower guests they were so cute and the girls loved them

So get out there, get creative and make yourself some uber cute packaging!

"Late" Wine Line Wednesday

It's been gloomy and rainy here all week so taking any great pictures has been a bit of a struggle

Heres a sneaky peeky of what's to come...

I'd like to introduce to you the new cork earrings I've been working on and will be adding to my wine line designs very soon.

These earrings are so great because they are sooooo light weight and everyday wearable not to mention nutral and upcycled!

Wine Line Wednesday & The Comfort of Home

 As I said in a previous post I have many "Wine Line" designs to share with you 

here I'd like to share one of my favs...(more on this topic and photos can be seen here:: )  Well hard to say that cause I love so many of them but this necklace is up there on my favourite list! this design runs vertically and is strung on a 24" sterling silver chain...All "Wine Line" necklaces can be made with an assortment of colored czech glass flowers and are great to compliment any outfit!

In my home I just love to have fresh flowers...you will often find them in my bathroom, living room and dining room...they make me feel alive and happy...thay are so beautiful!

I just LOVE when H.T.B disappears into the kitchen

and when he does, I always know something wonderful's to come...

He's a FABULOUS cook and I wanted to share a few pics of the food and wine we had over the course of the week-end...yummy carpaccio made with the fresh beef his father brought with him when he visited, capers, reduced balsamic, thyme pesto and fresh parm shards...
mmm-good!!! We paired this dish with a "Flowers" chardonnay...everything was so yummy!

... and these potatos are to die for, just look at how beautiful they are!

(6 hours to prepare...they better be fab, and they definitely were!)

It's Baaaaacckk.......

The "Lotus Flower" I released this little beauty last summer and it was a true hit!

With a few tweeks of perfection it's back and in full force as beautiful as ever

Inspired by the Rainy Days...

This beautiful chainmail necklace is a part of my "Spring 2010 Collection". It was inspired by the cloudy days when you just feel like snuggling up on the couch with a cup of tea and watching a movie with your loved ones.

The Rain Cloud necklace is now in "the shop" and available for purchase!

It is made to order so the cloud may differ slightly from piece to piece, it is strung on a 16" sterling silver snake chain with an extension chain on back for added length with a small blue rain drop on the chain that dangles slightly down your back.

Every once and awhile when I get working in the studio my imagination gets the best of me and before I know it I've created a true piece of wearable art...

These pieces unlike others, are like paintings on canvas, they are pieces that only the bold and brave might wear, and they express the true individual style in us all. (eventhough I do consider all the designs I come up with to be a form of "art") these pieces are the ones that are never forgotten!
