Morning Walk and Maggie Magpie Earrings

Lately I've been taking a walk in the vineyard every morning to start my day...it seems to be a great way to get my daily energy along with a little inspiration for the day ahead....not to mention good exercise!

 The vineyard isn't quite in bloom just yet so I'll hold back on pictures of that and share a few other snap shots from my stroll...meet Mr. Mountain and the Miss. Lake

Finally....

Since we moved here to the Okanagan Valley last year...Adam has been dying to see his very first Rattle Snake...and at last, here he is. I unfortunately missed it by about 5 minutes, oh well next time I guess. After all it was his crazy obsession to see one, not mine.

Letting Dante out to go to the washroom in the mornings have been quite the challenge lately because this is what I am waking up to each morning right outside my bedroom window.

Such beautiful creatures they are, and I can't stop taking pictures.
I know I showed a few the other day, but each day my camera fills up with more!
Dante goes crazy when he sees them, and wants to chase them through the hills. With his broken leg, keeping him settled has been quite a struggle!
