
I just LOVE when H.T.B disappears into the kitchen
and when he does, I always know something wonderful's to come...

He's a FABULOUS cook and I wanted to share a few pics of the food and wine we had over the course of the week-end...yummy carpaccio made with the fresh beef his father brought with him when he visited, capers, reduced balsamic, thyme pesto and fresh parm shards...
mmm-good!!! We paired this dish with a "Flowers" chardonnay...everything was so yummy!

... and these potatos are to die for, just look at how beautiful they are!
(6 hours to prepare...they better be fab, and they definitely were!)
